Dynamicom Innovations® Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

 

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.

 

 

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
