1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.
